How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For national courier orders (outside of Durban), once shipped, it typically takes 1-3 or 3-5 business days depending on your location. For local Durban deliveries, if your order comes in by around 12:00 PM, there’s a good chance you’ll get it the same day! Otherwise, we’ll make sure it’s delivered the very next business day.
What are your shipping costs?
Courier costs for national deliveries are calculated based on your order’s total dimensions (think “Flyer,” “Medium,” “Large” parcel sizes). Our website’s shipping calculator, powered by The Courier Guy plugin, will compare your cart’s dimensions to determine the best fit and give you an accurate quote at checkout.
Do you ship nationwide?
Absolutely! We’re thrilled to send our coffee to happy customers all across South Africa.
Do you offer local delivery in Durban?
Yes, we certainly do! If you’re in the greater Durban area, we’ve got you covered.
How quickly can I expect a local Durban delivery?
If you get your order in before we head out for deliveries, usually around 12:00 PM, you’re likely to get your coffee on the same day! If we miss that cutoff, don’t worry – we’ll get it to you the very next business day.
Is there a charge for local deliveries?
If you choose to have your order couriered locally, there will be a shipping charge based on size and location. However, if you opt for local pickup and we happen to be in your area or going in your direction, we might just surprise you with a personal delivery, in which case, it’s on us – absolutely free! You can also always choose to collect directly from our roastery.
Which courier company do you use for national deliveries?
For all our national deliveries, we trust The Courier Guy to get your coffee to you safely and swiftly.
How can I track my courier order?
Once your parcel is booked for shipment with The Courier Guy, you’ll receive a shipment tracking number directly. You can use this number on The Courier Guy’s website to check the live status of your delivery.
What should I do if my courier package is delayed or damaged?
Oh no, that’s definitely not ideal! Please contact us immediately if your package is delayed or arrives damaged. We’ll jump right on it and do everything we can to assist and get the issue resolved for you.
